An entrepreneur, self-proclaimed life-warrior, mother, writer, philosopher, fitness & nutrition expert and soul-love enthusiast dedicated to helping you live the life you were born to live.

The youngest of three in a single-family home with a relentless passion to live the life my soul was telling me to live and never settle. Every aspect of our journey matters and is speaking to us to live authentically. I’ve taken this passion and truth, my laptop and small team, and I’m proud to have created a spiritual socially conscious online empire that touches millions.

Through my YouTube channel, world-class online fitness, health, mindset, and entrepreneurial coaching programs, an international best-selling book and an audience in over 50 countries, I help people like you tune-in to their soul’s voice, dream big, and live authentically in their truth while creating a life they love.

One of the things I’m often asked is “How on earth did you get started in all this?” For as long as I can remember, I’ve been insatiably curious about our soul’s mission and the purpose of life. I wanted to know, what exactly is it that makes people genuinely happy, massively abundant and above all filled with internal peace. Why is it some people struggle and stay stuck while others find a way to thrive, often despite the most challenging circumstances?

I am so incredibly passionate about a multitude of seemingly unconnected things: writing, psychology, metaphysics, love & relationships, dancing, entrepreneurship, creativity, spirituality, art, fitness, nutrition, philosophy, and the cosmos just to name a few.
